On January 23rd, SANY Heavy Machinery and 38 of its dealers held a trade fair. 1,600 units of equipment were ordered on site, which refreshed the record within the sector.
On the fair, many orders were received. SANY Heavy Machinery also offered six cash awards to the dealers, each worth 318 thousand yuan. One such award was awarded to a customer from Jiangsu Lihao Construction Machinery Co., Ltd. in East China Region. The representative of the dealer said he was from Jiangsu Province and did not expect that he could be so lucky to win this award. He said he was also impressed by the fairness in awarding these prizes and the company’s responsibility to customers. With this cash award, he intended to purchase 2 more SANY excavators.
According to Hongfu Yu, chairman of SANY Heavy Machinery, SANY excavator’s popularity among customers is owing to the fact that the new C9 series excavator has been recognized by the market. It’s said that this series has made a great breakthrough in terms of energy saving, high productivity and reliability. Thus, it enjoys the advantages of low fuel consumption, long working hours, high working performance, long life span and good environment adaptation. Compared with the last generation of the same excavator, C9 series can save 15% energy and improve productivity by 10-15% and reliability by 20%.
It is customers’ trust that has enabled SANY Heavy machine to sell more than 16,000 equipments in 2012, and 6,000 units more than Komatsu. The company has ranked first in the market share for 2 years and become the only one that captures a market share of over 10% within the industry.
According to the Customer Satisfaction Survey Center of China Association for Quality (hereinafter referred to as CAQ), SANY has been at the top of the list with 90.4 points, managing to keep its first place in three consecutive years. Meanwhile, SANY’s excavators have surpassed Japanese brands such as Komastsu and Hitachi and been regarded as the first brand by the CAQ for maintain the longest working time free of down time.
