Sany India Begins Excavator Mass Production

At 08:18, December 20^th 2010, the first excavator produced in Sany Indian Industrial Park rolled off the production line. Only after half a month, Sany India began its mass production of excavators.

The excavators manufactured in India are SY215-8. As an outstanding medium-sized model, SY215-8 excavator gains advantages of high efficiency and low consumption. No/ matter its operating efficiency or accuracy, SY215-8 has reached a quite high level among the same type of models in the industry.

Considering the construction environment in India, Sany India has improved the performance of radiators to enhance the adaptability of excavators. In addition, new design technology has also been used to meet local customers’ demands.

After producing the 8^th generation excavators, in 2011, Sany India is going to manufacture the 9^th generation excavators with hydraulic system and full electricity control, which will react more quickly and accurately.

Excavator production in India has become a new step of Sany’s global marketing strategy since its local concrete machinery manufacture. (Min Zhu)
