Zoomlions's Concrete Equipment Takes Root in the Americas

In 2008, Zoomlion successfully acquired the world's third largest concrete machinery manufacturer—Italy's CIFA—to become the world's largest concrete machinery manufacturer and supplier. Zoomlion Concrete Machinery Company and CIFA combined to create the Zoomlion-CIFA Concrete Machinery International Division. Zoomlion has actively promoted the integration of resources, absorbing and integrating CIFA's high-end technology and global network built up over 80 years. It is increasingly evident in the areas of distribution channels, technology development, and the manufacturing process that the resulting strong, competitive capabilities have further consolidated Zoomlion's leading position in the industry. Essentially, Zoomlion has successfully taken root and has become a decisive force in the construction machinery market in the Americas, particularly in South America.
