High Temperature Desert Inspection Tour

Recently,the Middle-East division of the construction crane subsidiary of Zoomlion Heavy Machinery Company went on a 10-day service inspection tour for a major UAE customer to rave reviews.
The customer is one of the biggest construction companies in the UAE and Zoomlion's biggest customer in the country. The customer owns many Zoomlion cranes, including small and medium tonnage cranes, large tonnage cranes, crawler cranes and rubber tire gantry cranes.
The service inspection tour was organized by regional manager Xu Jie and service manager Li Xiong, who formed a five-member team with service engineers from the Middle-East division of the subsidiary and the company's UAE distributor to inspect the customer's equipment at five major sites.During the inspection, the maximum temperature in the day went upto 45 degrees and the great distance between the sites increased the difficult of the operation.However, the team managed to overcome the scorching heat and long journeys to venture deep into the desert and performed comprehensive inspection on 33 different cranes across the five sites.The team performed on-site analysis on the issues that operators have raised and implemented corresponding measures to effectively resolve problems such as display calibration, communication malfunction, suspension leveling and abnormal noise with the boom.At the same time, the team also conducted training for the customer's operators and distributor's service engineers on operation, maintenance and malfunction handling, and recorded the parts that require replacement to provide the relevant quotes for the customer later. 
The service inspection tour effectively resolve the issues the customer has encountered while using the equipment and has effectively increased the local influence and reputation of the Zoomlionbrand, establishing a solid foundation for services and sales in the marketin 2015.
