First m-tec MR Dry Mortar Mixer Starts Operation

Recently, the first M220 dry mortar mixer installed by the Concrete Product Production Department of the Concrete Machinery Company has begun operation. This marks another key technology transfer and transformation following Zoomlion's acquisition of m-tec and introduces the most advanced high efficiency mixing technology to the Chinese dry mortar mixer market.
The MR dry mortar mixer series offers easy cleaning, high efficiency mixing, simple operation and long service life.Easy cleaning is facilitated by the dual discharge door system which can achieve emptying with almost zero residual material (<1‰). The patented sealing system of the automated cleaning function ensures reliability of materials during long-term storage. Simple operation is ensured by continuous operation of the discharge hopper. The specially designed sealing system can ensure long service life of the shaft seal. Operational efficiency is further enhanced by the components which can be replaced easily and quickly. The discharge hopper utilizes a mechanical lock which ensures greater security.
