New Year Greetings from the Chairman

At this joyous moment when we usher in the New Year of 2012, I would like, on behalf of the Board of Directors, to extend my heartfelt thanks and sincere wishes to the more than 68,000 employees of Sany Group in over 150 countries and their selflessly supportive families.  

My gratitude and best wishes also go to our customers, cooperative partners and friends from all circles who have given support over the time in our pursuit of the Sany cause.

It is indeed an extraordinary year for us, during which we stuck together to forge ahead at a global playground. With diligence and innovation, Sany thrives to prosperity and is now a FT Global 500 enterprise.

In the past year, Sany stood at a new height of Chinese equipment manufacturing and its high quality products continued to create significant milestones. The 62m concrete pump truck donated to relieve Fukushima nuclear disaster showed our grand love; the 86m concrete pump truck refreshed the World Record again with leading technologies of the industry; eight categories of products won the highest customer satisfaction degree in China and the domestic sales volume of excavators rose substantially to hit historical record.

The year 2012 is critical for us to realize the five-year plan. We will insist on independent innovation and learn from international benchmark enterprises. We will raise our operational profits and reach our targets of the year through management and organizational reform and optimization of systems, processes and regulations. With the wisdom and hard work of Sany people, I firmly believe that we will achieve new breakthroughs and write a new chapter in the history of Chinese construction machinery development!
