Project communication meeting on "China-ASEAN International Logistics Information Trading Center" held in Yuchai

On December 27, the project communication meeting on "China-ASEAN International Logistics Information Trading Center" was held at Yuchai Power Building. Among attendees were Zhou Wenlong, director of Xinhua News Agency (XNA) (Beijing) Index Center; Xiong Chunlei, director of the News Information Center of XNA Guangxi Office; Gu Tangsheng, president of Yuchai Group, leaders of Yuchai Logistics Co., Ltd. and relevant personnel.

Meeting scene

First, Zhou gave training in "China-ASEAN Logistics Index", which covered the principle, model and functions of the index, and described how to accomplish transactions between indexing products and target customers. 　

Zhou stressed the data of China-ASEAN Logistics Index will be acquired, processed and collated through XNA's logistics information outlets around the world to comprehensively and accurately reflect logistics demands and trends of China and ASEAN countries. The index is of great demonstrative significance to integrating logistics resources, reducing logistics cost and promoting the formation of emerging logistics types.  　　

The meeting discussed issues on "China-ASEAN International Logistics Information Trading Center" and "China-ASEAN Logistics Index", and reached consensuses on matters concerning the project.
