On the afternoon of December 18, headed by Wang Ruixiang, vice chairman of the Proposal Committee of the CPPCC National Committee and chairman of China Machinery Industry Federation (CMIF) and Dong Yang, executive vice president and secretary-general of China Association of Automobile Manufacturers (CAAM), a delegation visited Yuchai on the sidelines of Yuchai's 60th anniversary celebration.

The delegation visited Yuchai's heavy engine processing line, foundry center and laboratory, inquiring into its processing, foundry and R & D capabilities. During the visit, they admired Yuchai's existing capabilities, expected much of Yuchai's capability improvement, and hoped Yuchai would give play to its advantage to make up deficiencies and grow strong to become a large-sized world-class enterprise.
