Yuchai's technician team visits YZMP

Recently, organized by Yuchai Training Center, Yuchai Technician Association and Yuchai Zhuhai Marine Power Co., Ltd. （YZMP）, a ten-member technician team of Yuchai Group has visited YZMP.

Yan Yiyong, deputy general manager of YZMP; Yu Tianliang, secretary to the board of directors of Yuchai Group and all group leaders of YZMP had an agreeable discussion with Yuchai's technician team. The technicians voiced their understanding of Yuchai's cultural concept to group leaders, shared their successful experience and skills, and encouraged group leaders to stick together and grow with the enterprise.

Four skill masters, including Qin Maohua, Lin Yongxian, He Weijian and Zhang Xuebin, trained group leaders in "group management practice improvement", sharing Yuchai's excellent group management experience and their years of practical experience. In the Q & A session after the training, the masters answered questions raised by group leaders about field management and personal career development.

Also, the technicians headed for the assembling & commissioning, welding and machining workshops to investigate workshop production and management, exchanging ideas with workshop leaders. Aiming at thorny production problems from bench workers, welders, lathe workers and assembling & maintenance workers, the technicians explained patiently.

The two-day exchange activity has not only boosted the interaction between Yuchai Group and its subsidiary in practical experience and skills, but also promoted the inheritance and exchange of Yuchai's culture and spirit between two generations of Yuchai staff.
