YC6MK-powered DFSSV wide-body mining trucks move into Shanxi's open coal mines

On March 11, Dongfeng Suizhou Special Vehicle Co., Ltd. (DFSSV), in association with Yuchai Machinery Co., Ltd. (Yuchai), held a delivery ceremony for YC6MK-powered wide-body mining trucks and a seminar for key customers. Among over 80 attendees were the mine proprietors who had purchased 15 wide-body mining trucks as well as representatives of potential customers and customers. At the seminar, Huang Guangming, director of the Sales Department of DFSSV and Li Zhi, director of Shanxi Office of Yuchai, introduced respective products.

DFSSV's wide-body mining trucks carried YC6MK engine from the second half of 2011, and has netted a collection of bulk orders from key coal-producing provinces like Ningxia and Shanxi.

With a displacement of 10.338L and a power of ranging from 221kW to 294kW, YC6MK is China's first 10L four-valve mining truck engine with an integral cylinder cover; compared to other 10L mining truck engines, YC6MK is superior in technology, reliability, power, fuel consumption and attendance, and is suitable to be used in mining areas. Thus, YC6MK has become a new benchmark for wide-body mining truck power, and is popular with open coal mine customers.

Now, Yuchai's products matching mining trucks include YC6L, YC6M, YC6MK, YC6MJ and YC6T, with a displacement of ranging from 8.424L to 16.35L and a power of ranging from 199kW to 441kW. These models can meet the power demands of off-road (mining) trucks including mine gallery trucks, wide-body mining trucks, articulated mining trucks and rigid mining trucks.
