Yan presides over reception work meeting on Yuchai's 60th anniversary celebration

With only 17 days to go from Yuchai's 60th anniversary celebration, celebration preparations have entered into the final stage. To spare no efforts to fulfill the work of celebration reception, on the afternoon of November 30, Yan Ping, chairman of Yuchai Group, presided over the reception work meeting on the 60th anniversary celebration, listened to reception work reports carefully, raised requirements and made arrangements for overall reception work.

At the meeting, leaders, including Li Tiansheng, head of the reception work leadership group, Wu Qiwei and Guo Deming, deputy heads of the group, reported the progress of celebration preparations, as well as the overall plan of reception for key events such as the "supplier conference", "thematic celebratory conference", "internal combustion engine summit", and came up with work measures. According to Li, the large-scale and high-grade celebratory conference will invite more than 2,400 guests from around the country. However, the reception hardware of Yuchai and Yulin is grossly inadequate, for which he set the reception goal--"giving warm and orderly reception; making up objective inadequacy subjectively." To ensure the orderly advancement of reception work, Li raised requirements to all reception groups, "Personal organization by group heads, elaborate and systematic plans, solid work, and timely and rolling planning."

After being briefed, Yan arranged reception work and gave instructions. He said, Yuchai's 60th anniversary celebration is an unprecedented event, a full display of images and a comprehensive test of capabilities for Yulin and Yuchai, to which municipal leaders attach great importance. A record number of guests will be invited to make the event with the largest number of attendees in Yuchai's history, and invitees are prominent. The task of celebration reception is heavy, hopefully, all the corporate senior managers and group members present will pay close attention, reach consensuses and collaborate voluntarily to perfectly fulfill the task of celebration reception and ensure the completion of all reception work. Firstly, reception should be careful, specific situation of all guests should be considered, and one-to-one reception should be given to important guests. Secondly, reception should be sincere to make a good impression on guests; lastly, all the staff of Yuchai should be mobilized to take active part in the celebration to ensure all reception work progresses smoothly, and the celebration should be taken to inspire the pioneering sprit of staff and to make guests see the mental outlook of Yuchai's staff and feel its favorable corporate image and culture.  

According to sources, compared to Yuchai's 50th anniversary celebration, Yuchai's 60th anniversary celebration will have more guests, larger scale, more events, more important conferences and more exhibits.
