Yuchai Group holds 2013 Corporate Culture & Publicity Conference

On March 25, Yuchai Group held the 2013 Corporate Culture and Publicity Conference at Power Building, commending the group's advanced entities and individuals in publicity and culture work in 2012, raising new requirements for corporate culture and publicity work for 2013.

Present were Deputy Party Secretary Guo Deming and Guan Min of Yuchai Group; Party Secretary Ning Xingyong and Deputy Party Secretary Ye Bin of Yuchai Machinery Co., Ltd.; and Liang Ping, chairman of the Labor Union of Yuchai Group. Among over 170 attendees were Party leaders of all entities under the group, leaders of grass-roots publicity work groups, publicity specialists and corporate culture specialists.

At the conference, Li Chunmei, director of the Publicity Department of Yuchai Group and He Xiaoyu, director of the Corporate Culture Department of Yuchai Group, made summaries of the group's publicity work and corporate culture assessment in 2012, arranging publicity and culture work for 2013.

Guo spoke highly of the group's publicity and culture building in 2012. The results have been inseparable from your efforts, as Yuchai has become increasingly influential in the world, Yuchai's publicity team should work more innovatively to disseminate Yuchai's corporate image, responsibility and brand, he said, requiring that leaders of all entities should give priority to corporate culture building and publicity, that all entities should practically perfect the conditions of culture and publicity work, appropriate sufficient funds and provide necessary means of publicity, and that all entities should be "accomplishable" in corporate culture building and publicity, i.e. work around and serve production and business operation.

At the conference, the group commended the entities and individuals honored as Yuchai's corporate culture building demonstration bases, advanced entities in publicity work, outstanding correspondents and outstanding journalists & editors.

In the end, Liu Sanzhang, senior researcher and director of the Assessment Center of the China Corporate Culture Institute, gave a lecture entitled Corporate Culture Management to the attendees.
