YM releases new vision, business philopshy

According to the need of Yuchai Machinery Co., Ltd. (YM) for strategic development, with a view to building a market-oriented corporate culture, internally strengthening the integration of sub-culture and business work, and externally enhancing customers' positioning and recognition of YM's core enterprises in the high-end engine sector, YM released its new vision and business philopshy on November 20 to unify its business concept and communication appeal. 

The new vision is "striving to be the most competitive and professional power solution provider". The interpretation of the new vision shows the company will not only establish a fine overall image, but also form competitive edge in products and services in every subdivided field. The new business philosophy is "Excellent Power, Globalized Yuchai", which underlines the company's product features. 　　

YM's new vision and business philopshy constitute part of the sub-culture system building of Yuchai Group, sublimate Yuchai's six decade' cultural accumulation, are the criterion for value judgment for the future and a new move for internal cohesion, are consistent with the group's vision of "Building a world-famous brand and a large-sized multinational group" and business philosophy of "Excellent Power, Globalized Yuchai", highlight the uniqueness of the sub-culture of the diesel engine sector and reflect the unity of commonness and individuality.
