YHI holds 12th meeting of 2nd board

On July 26, the 12th meeting of the second board of directors of Yuchai Heavy Industry Company Limited (YHI) was held in Changzhou, Jiangsu Province. Nine directors, including Yan Ping, chairman of Yuchai Group; Hong Deshang, vice chairman of YHI and Zhang Shiyong, general manager of YHI were present, with the participation of shareholders' leaders including Gu Tangsheng, president of Yuchai Group; Dr. Xu Dalin of H&Q Asia Pacific and Yuchai's executive body. Yan presided over the meeting.

The meeting debriefed 11 issues, including General Manager Zhang's Business Summary for the First Half of 2011 and Business Work Report for the Second Half, Deputy General Manager Bian Dejun's Report on Project Progress of YHI, Financial Controller He Yuyu's Report on Project Progress of Tianjin Yinde Financial Leasing Co., Ltd., COO Guan Jianyi's Report on Progress of Information Project and Chief Engineer Luo Haigang's Audited Financial Report in 2010. Attending directors unanimously adopted set issues by a show of hands.

Yan spoke highly of the achievements of YHI's executive body in the first half of 2011, recognizing YHI's performance in human resource reserves. He added that YHI should never forget to plan for the future while concentrating on work and believed YHI will have a brighter future.
