Yuchai special work training service covers all subsidiaries

Special work training is aimed at improving workers' business competence and expertise, raising their safety awareness, promoting corporate development and achieving the goal of zero accident. With the development of Yuchai, demand for special work training has increased year by year. As a secondary training institution authorized by Yulin Supervision and Administration Bureau of Safety in Production and Yulin Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision, since 2006, Yuchai Safe Production Training Center (YSPTC) has started to undertake intra-group training in low-voltage electric installation and maintenance, welding and metal cutting, crane operator and internal motor vehicle.

Over the years, the training has strictly met the requirements of superior departments and followed the principles of being qualified through assessment and receiving certificates from municipal authorities before going on duty. Since January 2011, Yuchai has held 10 training classes for safe production supervisors, crane operators and internal motor vehicles, with 1,229 trainees including 612 from subsidiaries.

In recent years, with the fast growth of all subsidiaries, demand for special work training has become increasingly robust and urgent. Based on the facts of subsidiaries, YSPTC has held special training for some subsidiaries, such as the training for safe production supervisors of Yuchai Logistics Co., Ltd. and the training for crane operators of Yuchai Heavy Industry Company Limited, to address their pressing needs and contribute to Yuchai's development.
