Yan Ping visits NYLO

On November 14, Yan Ping, chairman of Yuchai Group, visited Nanning Yuchai Lubricant Oil Co., Ltd. (NYLO), where Yan inquired into the company's production, business operation and management, and motivated all its cadres and staff to work harder. "The company is a quality sector of the group," said Yan.  

At the debriefing meeting, Yan listened to the work report of Xie Yuqiang, vice president of Yuchai Group and chairman of NYLO. Xie said, the company fulfilled some 90% of the annual sales task in the first ten months, is making a final sprint, and will make concerted efforts to overcome the objective factor that the industrial market is sluggish this year and meet the annual sales target of RMB 3.05 billion as a generous gift to Yuchai's 60th anniversary. Also, Xie reported the company's "twelfth five-year" strategic objective and the progress of the Phase III project of Beihai Lubricant Oil Co., Ltd.

Yan acknowledged NYLO's business performance. He noted, the group attaches great importance to the development of the energy and chemical sector, the company's healthy development over the years have laid a solid foundation and gathered a lot of advantageous resources, the company is a quality sector of the group. This year, the company has maintained an over 20% growth in the sluggish market and performed well among all subsidiaries of the group. However, the company is sharing with many subsidiaries problems of strategic positioning, management, market development and globalization. Yan hoped all the cadres and staff of the company would treasure their current posts, and the company should intensify targeting training from a strategic perspective and learn from top industrial enterprises to improve the quality of the cadre team; and hoped that the company should fix its strategic idea and orientation from a global perspective and sharpen its industrial competitiveness with high-caliber R & D, multiple series of products, scientific and high-efficiency management and first-class marketing network, in a bid to be number one in the industry. 　　

Before the meeting, Yan visited NYLO's business place and the production workshop of the power source company.
