Zoomlion 80m Carbon-fiber Placing Boom Pumper Crowned ‘Europe's Longest-ever Truck-mounted Concrete Pump'

On December 5, Zoomlion held a grand press conference for delivery of 80m carbon-fiber placing boom pumper at CIFA Plant in Italy, unveiling the R & D process and technical features of the longest-ever truck-mounted concrete pump in Europe to attendees from all walks of life and holding a turn-key ceremony.

According to sources, upon European adaptive improvement by the Technical Center of Zoomlion Concrete Machinery Branch Company and CIFA's R & D team, the 80m placing boom pumper which created the Guinness World Record in 2009 has been exported to Poland. Some European distributors and customers were invited to the press conference.

At the press conference, CIFA CEO Davide Cipolla introduced the process of the longest-ever truck-mounted concrete pump in Europe. Particularly, after five years of comprehensive integration, upon intense research and close collaboration by the Chinese and Italian R & D teams, Zoomlion truck-mounted concrete pumps were up to European localization standards in 2013, laying the groundwork for Zoomlion to display the charm of its carbon-fiber placing boom pumper and CIFA-branded concrete equipment. Besides, the European Technical Center (TEC) of Zoomlion Group newly established this year has further optimized the R & D facilities of Zoomlion and CIFA-branded concrete equipment.

Zoomlion 80m carbon-fiber placing boom pumper was eye-catching in the soft sunshine, with the booms perpendicular to the body. The four silver carbon-fiber booms at the end reached into the sky to show its supremacy, making visitors tut in admiration.

Witnessed by the crowd, Cipolla solemnly handed the key to the owner. The general manager of the Polish customer delivered a speech in excitement, voicing his full confidence in the pumper, marveling at the product which features CIFA's technological accomplishments in carbon-fiber boom, Zoomlion's stable and strong pumping system, and Benz's reliable 7-axle chassis representing advanced pump technologies in the world, and believing the pumper can enhance the corporate image and create more business opportunities.
