Yuchai launches general mobilization for 60th anniversary publicity

On November 3, Yuchai erected a countdown board for its 60th anniversary at the lobby of Power Building, showing only 45 days away from the celebration of 60th anniversary on December 18. In the day, Yuchai held a mobilization meeting on anniversary publicity, with the participation of press delegations from central media outlets in Guilin including Science and Technology Daily and Information Today, as well as Yuchai's news editors and reporters, and publicity backbone of all units under Yuchai. 　

At the meeting, Guo Deming, deputy Party secretary of Yuchai Group and director of the work office of the 60th anniversary, required that the company should take the anniversary to vigorously create a rich atmosphere of anniversary through the internal publicity platform, motivate all staff to accomplish annual targets and tasks perfectly and completely, carry out extensive cooperation with external media, systematically summarize Yuchai's development experience and achievements over the six decades and its fine corporate culture, and present them to the people of the country, thus achieving the goal of effective brand promotion.

According to sources, thematic events such as the Conference on Celebratory Events of Yuchai's 60th Anniversary, 2011 Yuchai Marketing Conference, 2011 Yuchai Supplier Conference and International Internal Combustion Engine Summit will be staged to celebrate Yuchai's 60th anniversary. Among invitees will be leaders of state ministries and commissions, industrial associations, the autonomous region and the city, old leaders that have made remarkable contributions to Yuchai's development, personages from all walks of life that have offered long-term support for Yuchai's development such as domestic and overseas partners, famous universities and colleges, and the press. The celebration will fully demonstrate Yuchai's concept of "Green Development & Harmony Win-win" as a grand gathering for all to share achievements in corporate development and a conference for Yuchai to make a good start in the opening year of the "twelfth five-year" period.
