CAIEC President Zhang Fusheng visits Yuchai

On the afternoon of April 12, President Zhang Fusheng, Vice President Yin Jianhong and Manager Lv Peng of China Automobile Import & Export Corporation (CAIEC); Wang Siyi, general manager of China Auto Star Co., Ltd.; and Wei Xinping, deputy commissioner of Tianjin Customs visited Yuchai. Yan Ping, chairman of Yuchai Group; General Manager Wu Qiwei, Deputy General Manager Chen Ningbin, Chief Engineer Lin Zhiqiang and General Manager Assistant Gao Qiang etc. of Yuchai Machinery Co., Ltd. warmly received the visitors.

At Yulin Hotel, Yan extended warm welcome to Zhang and held talks with him on import and export of products such as engines and engine parts. Yuchai has set its "twelfth five-year" objective of further developing the overseas market, said Yan, hoping CAIEC and Yuchai will cement cooperation and jointly develop the overseas market to achieve win-win. 　

It was Zhang's second time to visit Yuchai. He marveled at Yuchai's constant changes in recent years, saying Yuchai is forging towards a multinational enterprise group, pledging that CAIEC will continue to support Yuchai's business development.    

According to sources, Yuchai forged a strategic partnership with CAIEC as early as in 2006. Through cooperation, Yuchai inked a deal with CAIEC and Cuba on a project of exporting 20,000 engines to Cuba, and exported diesel engines in large volume afterwards, thus enormously expanding its overseas market.
