Yuchai holds special recruitment fair at HNU

On the night of October 11, Yuchai held a special recruitment fair at Hunan University (HNU). At the news, a multitude of graduates for this year headed to HNU. Fulinshe Lecture Hall 201, with a seating capacity of more than 1,000, was fully occupied and heated.

Around 7 p.m., the recruitment presentation started. Wang Wenge, Party secretary and deputy dean of the HNU College of Mechanical and Vehicle Engineering, delivered an address on behalf of the college. Yuchai's great efforts on the HNU recruitment fair have shown its great concern about talents, he said, adding Yuchai is a promising large-sized enterprise, the recruitment will create a rare employment opportunity for potential graduates, and Yuchai is worth joining. 　

After the end of a brief video of Yuchai, Guo Deming, deputy Party secretary of Yuchai Group and Yuchai Machinery Co., Ltd. (YM), made a presentation. He vividly introduced Yuchai's basic conditions from such aspects as development history, industrial sectors, development plan, corporate culture, talent cultivation and talent demand. 　

After being briefed, students showed their understanding and admiration for Yuchai's thoughts on talent introduction, advancement with the times in strategic distribution and foresight in talent planning, expressing their yearning for and trust in Yuchai with bursts of applause. A student said firmly even a long distance will not be an obstacle to his job choice, he often learned about Yuchai online, felt Yuchai is an outstanding enterprise with great potentiality, and would give priority to Yuchai after graduation. 　

Pang Jian, deputy manager of the HR Department of YM, presided over the presentation. Meng Xiaocong, deputy director of the Passenger Vehicle Power Research and Development Sub-institute of Yuchai Engineering Institute, as well as relevant personnel of units such as the HR Department of Yuchai Group, Yuchai Heavy Industry Company Limited, Yuchai Huayuan Machinery (Yulin) Co., Ltd. and Y & C Engine Co., Ltd. were present. 　

Before the presentation, Guo and school leaders including Wang exchanged ideas in depth on school-enterprise cooperation, pledging to widen and deepen cooperation. 　　

According to sources, since the establishment of the recruitment office, students have come in endless streams for consultation. The huge recruitment posters reading "Passionate Yuchai, Stage for Growth" and "Outstanding Graduates Are Welcome to Yuchai" caught the eyes of many students.
