Shantui New Products Exhibit at Jinan

December 2, the new products exhibit ceremony of Shandong Heavy Industry Group was held at Shandong Hotel. As the leading construction machinery subsidiary of Shandong Heavy Industry Group, Shantui Construction Machinery Co., Ltd. exhibited 7 machinery like SD42-3 and SD22W bulldozer, SR20M single drum road roller, 51m HJC5391THB concrete boom pump truck, HJC5256GJB concrete mixer truck (Shanqi Chassis), SG18-5 grader, etc. as well as matching parts like crawler assembly, torque-transmission converter assembly.

The 51m Shantui HJC5391THB concrete boom pump truck adopts the power system of world famous chassis, featuring strong power and stable performance. The pumping hydraulic system adopts open hydraulic system of dual-pump and dual-circuit; the max. hopper volume is 600L, arc inwall design, and the mixing device can automatically reverse when it is stuck and restore to normal mixing operation; The boom and outrigger adopt Sweden SSAB WELDOX high strength steel plate, which has light weight and good ability of anti-fatigue; the S valve and concrete pumping cylinder adopt centralized lubrication, the hydraulic controlled compliant grease pump ensures the lubrication effect and low grease consumption.

As the emerging and second largest business of Shantui, the concrete machinery products get rapid development and tend to mature. The sales volume grows over 4 times compared with that of 2009. The Chutian Concrete Division, the subsidiary of Shantui, has independently developed concrete pump truck with different boom lengths, and concrete mixer trucks with different chassis and capacities, as well as trailer pump, truck-mounted pump, and mixing plant, and the products have been mass exported. The new plant of Shantui Chutian (Wuhan) Concrete Machinery will get the output capacity of 2 billion Yuan when the first stage project is finished, and the sales income of 10 billion Yuan when the whole project is finished.

Shantui is now capable of the R&D and manufacturing of 7 series of 26-51m concrete boom pump truck, which compose of the complete product portfolio of current concrete machinery industry.
