Yuchai holds collective talks for new cadre incorruption & ceremony for Clean Practice Warranty

To enhance new management cadres' awareness of clean practice, implement Yuchai's System of Responsibility for Party Style and Incorruption Building of Leading Cadres and Regulations on Clean Practice of Leading Cadres, promote cadres' clean practice and advance the healthy development of the enterprise, on February 24, the Discipline Inspection Commission of Yuchai organized 36 new management cadres for collective talks on corruption and signed the Incorruption and Self-discipline Warranty at the meeting room on the fourth floor of Power Building. Among attending leaders were Li Tiansheng, deputy Party secretary of Yuchai Group and Party secretary of Yuchai Machinery Co., Ltd. (YM); Guo Deming, deputy Party secretary and discipline secretary of Yuchai Group; Ye Bin, deputy Party secretary and discipline secretary of YM and Zhou Jinliang, deputy disciplinary secretary of Yuchai Group.

Guo spoke on collective incorruption to new management cadres on behalf of the company's Party committee and discipline commission, requiring that they should, on their management posts, enhance the sense of responsibility and the concept of overall situation, dare to assume responsibilities, be brave in exploration and innovation, practice toughly, be devoted, earnestly implement the group's "twelfth five-year" plan and make great efforts in business management, in a bid to fulfill Yuchai's cause of "100 billion". The quality and capabilities of leading cadres are key factors that determine Yuchai's business quality and development speed. Leading cadres should have unswerving Party spirit, policy awareness and modern management concept, and should know how to conduct business operations, be skilled in management and have strong capabilities and solid style, in order to shoulder the heavy task of development of Yuchai. Leading cadres should intensify learning and trials, familiarize themselves with the Party's political theories, principles and policies, theories of business management and other knowledge, keep improving their ideological and political quality, business theory quality and business management capability, promote Yuchai's business prosperity through strong leadership, scientific management and outstanding performance, be self-disciplined and conduct clean practice. Leading cadres should value Party spirit training and moral cultivation, tighten requirements, management and supervision, cherish posts, future and happy life, consciously comply with state laws and regulations, regulations on clean practice of employees of state-owned enterprises and the company's rules and regulations, properly discipline themselves, relatives and subordinates, conduct legal business operations and standardized management, deal fairly with others and handle affairs cleanly, maintain integrity, incorruption and clean practice, set examples to the masses, and promote the healthy business development of Yuchai with integrity and incorruption. 　

At last, Guo and Ye signed the Clean Practice Warranty and Letter of Commitments on Business Ethics with new management cadres on behalf of the Party committees and discipline commissions of Yuchai Group and YM.
