Zoomlion Equipment Contributes to the Construction of a Serbian Bridge, Creating a New "One Belt And One Road" Eurasian Communications Route

On December 18th, Chinese Premier Li Keqiang, together with Serbian Prime Minister Aleksandar Vučić, attended the project completion ceremony of Pupinov Bridge, this first bridge in Europe built by China. Located on a major section of road across the Danube River in the Serbian capital of Belgrade, the 1,482 meter long bridge is strategically important. In addition to Zoomlion-brand concrete, dozens of Zoomlion equipments in their whole series were used in the construction of the bridge, including crawler cranes, truck cranes, tower cranes and rotary drillings.

The project began in 2011. Under high pressure of difficult construction and tight schedule, Zoomlion's comprehensive after-sales service has provided a full range of service solutions over the course of the past three years, including permanent on-site residence of professional service engineers and technicians, hands-on training in the operation of machinery and FAQ processing, as well as inspection and maintenance of construction equipment on a regular basis to ensure their stable operations in a continuously high-intensity work environment. All this was done while maintaining close cooperation with local Serbian agents in order to guarantee efficient responses when in need of spare parts and timely service.
