YIP, Yuchai deliver investment environment presentation for SME Expo 2011

On October 23, the investment environment presentation of Yuchai Industry Park (YIP) and Yuchai Group for the 8th Small and Medium Enterprises Expo (Yulin China) (SME Expo) was held at Yulin Oriental Century Hotel, with the participation of more than 50 enterprises. According to sources, at SME Expo 2011, eight projects have settled in YIP, with a total investment of RMB 2.19 billion, excluding investment of intent, registering a year-on-year increase of RMB 545 million.

Zhou Sunhai, assistant to president of Yuchai, delivered a speech. According to Zhou, to give full play to YIP's role as a driver of Yuchai and Yulin's prosperity and an engine for "China green power", since 2009, whenever SME Expo came, YIP and Yuchai have joined hands to deliver an investment presentation to select major projects that meet Yuchai's internal market demand and make up its production capacity during growing strong and building a large-sized multinational enterprise group, and to create a platform for intensive and massive development of Yuchai's parts enterprises. This year, Yuchai sincerely invited insightful, ambitious and bold investors to join once again. 　　

According to sources, the presentation introduced five contracted projects covering oil pump, piston and air compressor etc., with a total investment of RMB 660 million, most of which were aimed at alleviating tight production of some parts of Yuchai or in Yulin. On the scene, contracts were signed for the air compressor project with ASIMCO Meilian Braking Systems (Langfang) Co., Ltd., the automobile cooling system project with Zhejiang Yinlun Machinery Co., Ltd., the piston project with Binzhou Bohai Piston Co., Ltd., the oil pump project with Nanyue Fuel Injection Systems (Hengyang) Co., Ltd. and the diesel engine parts project with Guilin Fuda Crankshaft Co., Ltd.
