Yuchai Motor was Selected by Xuzhong Truck Cranes

In 2012, Xuzhong Truck Cranes installed with Yuchai motors are successfully launched to the market. Before this, Xuzhong has conducted various types of tests of Yuchao motors on self-made chassis platform. 

Yuchao motors designed to match truck cranes apply such technologies as "unitary cylinder cover+ four air valves + Common Rail High Pressure Diesel Injection", featuring high reliability, low oil consumption, low noise, good comfort, and convenient operation, etc. It can also provide multiple control modes according to demands of finished vehicle manufacturers, and set up the output characteristics of motors through ECU program. In addition, it can also provide a rational motor operating speed in terms of driving conditions or different working conditions, thereby realizing ideal dynamic property and fuel economy. 

Yuchai has a rich series of products designed to match truck cranes, and flagship types include YC4E, YC6J, YC6A, YC6L,YC6MK, and YC6K, with the displacement ranging from 4.26 to 12.939L, power ranging from 140 to 550 horsepower, and maximum torque ranging from 430 to 2500N.m, suitable for truck cranes of 8 tons to 100 tons. Moreover, the 7.2L YC6A and 8.4L YC6L are applied to truck cranes of 20 tons to 30 tons which possess the largest market capacity, having the advantages of golden displacement, light dead load, low oil consumption, and low maintenance cost for large-tonnage truck cranes.
