Liebherr launches new crawler tractors

Liebherr's PR 736 crawler tractor is not only a new development but also the first model in the new Generation 6 series. The product has a service weight of 20– 25 tonnes. It is designed with the priority to increase efficiency and to reduce fuel consumption and CO2 emissions.

Among the innovations on the Generation 6 models are electronic travel speed regulation with an integral eco-function, and pro-active power control.

To simplify the use of automatic machine control systems, Liebherr can supply its Generation 6 crawler tractors and loaders with ex-factory preparation kits for equipment of this type from leading manufacturers.

The modern design of the new Generation 6 crawler tractors provides the driver with a good all-round view of the terrain and the machine’s working attachments. The cabin is a completely new design with ergonomically located controls; the Liebherr driver’s seat can be positioned optimally to suit the driver’s preferences.

For rapid access and easy servicing with no loss of time, the new PR 736 has centrally located maintenance points, access flaps and engine compartment doors that open to a wide angle, a tilting cabin as standard equipment and as an option a radiator that can be swung our for cleaning.
