Yuchai holds recruitment presentation in USTB

On the night of October 19, Yuchai held a 2012 campus recruitment presentation in University of Science and Technology Beijing (USTB), attracting students from neighboring universities. Zhang Shiyong, general manager of Yuchai Heavy Industry Company Limited (YHI); Guan Min, general manager of the HR Department of Yuchai Group and Liu Wenming, deputy Party secretary of USTB attended the presentation, introducing and recommending Yuchai to students.

USTB enjoys a great reputation in domestic professional fields such as machinery building and material process, has forged deep friendship with Yuchai in school-enterprise cooperation over the years, and has carried out extensive cooperation in many fields. Despite Yuchai's first recruitment in the university, the presentation attracted a number of students, and the lecture hall was fully occupied. 

Zhang vividly and elaborately introduced Yuchai's overall development. "All homemade National IV diesel engines or above carried by Beijing's buses are made by Yuchai," said Zhang, adding, "We have become a domestic construction machinery manufacturer with the most complete and richest excavator spectrum." 

Also, he introduced the trend of the construction machinery industry, saying the coming decade is a golden decade for the development of China's construction machinery industry, and welcoming the graduates that aspire to invigorate China's construction machinery industry to Yuchai.

At the presentation, Kang Yiting, a young female doctor in vehicle engineering from USTB, was concerned about Yuchai's salaries and career development channels. Zhang said, "We will provide project platforms for all thoughtful and capable staff, and broad development channels for all staff with management talent, and promise to provide the country's best research platforms for all staff committed to becoming professional leaders." 　

The impressive speech deepened students' understanding of Yuchai. I see Yuchai is generous to talents and can meet talents' development demands, said Kang, adding Yuchai thinks talents are vital to corporate development and every talent should be cherished and cared, by which she was inspired.

Wang Xinru, a major in material science and engineering from USTB said, I have confidence in Yuchai, we choose enterprises not for the moment, but for the future, I believe choosing Yuchai is choosing a bright future.
