Lishide Service Engineer Works at Ghana

 

To better support Ghana’s infrastructure construction, Lishide exported 10 sets of SC220-8 excavators to Ghana in mid June 2010. And to ensure the smooth conduct of the project and the normal work of the excavators, Lishide also sent technical engineers with international service experience to Ghana for the aftersales services.

During the communication with local operators and equipment managers, our technician Lv Mengjun found that the local operator had poor operating skills. To ensure the normal work of the excavators and bring them into full play, our technical engineers instructed the operators to make correct service and maintenance. No troubles occurred in 4 sets of excavators for over 500 hours till the end of July. While Lishide Company has put forward a target of zero-trouble in 2000 hours for Lishide excavators, which showed great faith in the excavator quality.
 

 

To achieve the target of zero trouble in 2000 hours, the company has made detailed maintenance and inspection plan. Despide the extreme hot temperature, our technicians paid much attention on the training of each operator. After one month, all the operators were able to operate the machine and make maintenance according to the routine process, which effectively avoided accident occurred thereof.
The technical skills, quality and capability of Lishide technicians strengthen the faith of Lishide Company to keep progress, which indicates the spirit of national excavator brand, and it is Lishide’s pride. The spirit of Lishide service staff established Lishide’s brand image in Ghana successfully. The staff finished their great mission and it also shows that Lishide excavators have good performance under high temperature.
