Family reunion

Everything is fine on the occasion of family reunion under full moon. On the night of September 9, the eve of the Mid-autumn Festival, Yuchai held 2011 Newcomer Mid-autumn Festival & National Day Gala themed by "Family Reunion" on the basketball court in Yinghua Community. Leaders including Li Tiansheng, vice chairman and deputy Party secretary of Yuchai Group; Wu Qiwei, general manager of Yuchai Machinery Co., Ltd. (YM); Zhang Jiasha, deputy Party secretary of Yuchai; Wang Wei, chief economist of YM; Liang Ping, chairperson of the Labor Union of Yuchai and Ma Xiaoxia, chief quality assurance engineer of YM enjoyed the full moon and celebrated the festival with newcomers in 2011.　

At the gala, Li delivered a speech, extending the greetings of the festival to all newcomers on behalf of Yuchai, hoping they will get together to share their experience since joining Yuchai and feel the warmth of the great family of Yuchai, and will settle their mind and families in Yuchai to contribute to Yuchai's growth together with their colleagues.　

Newcomer representatives Yan Jia and Xiao Huiyu voiced their feelings, saying they fully felt the work enthusiasm of Yuchai's senior workers during internship and experienced the fortitude and resolution of the iron forces of Yuchai. With the Mid-autumn Festival around the corner, everyone far away from home misses their hometowns, parents and relatives very much. Considering that, the company organized the gala to make us moved and warm. Yuchai is our new home, and Yuchai's staff is bound together like brothers and sisters. We will return our great family by actual deeds to make it stronger.

Subsequently, Wu, Zhang, Wang and newcomer representatives cut a moon cake representing reunion, wishing Yuchai's staff all the best and Yuchai great prosperity.

The gala opened with Happy Get-together, the sonorous and melodious enlivened the atmosphere. The male song and dance show Green Apple Paradise was charming with a perfect combination of singing and dancing, arousing bursts of applause and cheer. The female solo Happy Reunion produced a rich air of the festival. The quiz game and sports event, intermingled with songs and dances, attracted warm participation from the audience. Riddle guessing, verse line chaining and brainteasers tested participants' intelligence, musical chairs, balloon clamping and group pedal stepping activated participants' athletic cells. The scene was alive and brimming with laugher.

The gala ended in a rabbit dance. Throughout the gala, performers sang and danced passionately on the stage, the audience interacted and clapped enthusiastically, showing an auspicious, festive and warm atmosphere, and displaying the great harmony of Yuchai.
