Yuchai carries out activity of cultural concept declaration and signing

On the afternoon of August 8, to thoroughly implement Yuchai's cultural concept, enhance the recognition and understanding of Yuchai's cultural concept by cadres, staff and newcomers, Yuchai Group carried out the activity of cultural concept declaration and signing at Yuchai Culture Center. Among attendees were corporate leaders including Guan Min, deputy Party secretary of Yuchai Group and Ye Bin, deputy Party secretary of Yuchai Machinery Co., Ltd. (YM), as well as persons in charge of grass-roots Party organizations, cultural attaches and newcomers of all entities of the group. He Xiaoyu, director of the Corporate Culture Department of Yuchai Group, presided over the activity.

Persons in charge of grass-roots organizations of Yuchai Group, cultural attachés as well as 40 newcomer representatives signed the calligraphy work to express their recognition of and support to Yuchai's cultural concept.

Yuchai has been attaching great importance to corporate culture building, its corporate culture building, featuring eight keywords including "green", "innovation", "self-reliance", "harmony", "responsibility", "excellence", "lean" and "win-win", has distinct characteristics and has achieved prominent effects. Recently, Yuchai has just won the title of "National Model Base for Corporate Culture Building" from the China Corporate Culture Institute. The activity of corporate culture concept declaration and signing, which came with the induction training, exactly shows Yuchai's basic corporate cultural concept of "leader concern, all-staff participation".
