BFEP Party Secretary Fan Wentang heads a delegation to Yuchai

On September 5, Party Secretary and General Manager Fan Wentang and Vice General Manager Chai Yangguang and Wu Xuebin of Beijing Foton Engine Plant (BFEP) headed a delegation to Yuchai for inspection and exchange. Party Secretary Li Tiansheng and Vice General Manager Ning Xingyong of Yuchai Machinery Co., Ltd. (YM) received the delegation, and conferred with the delegation on production, quality, sales service management and corporate culture building.

At the seminar, Fan thanked Yuchai for its warm reception. He introduced BFEP's production, business and Party building, saying the company's Party building work is yet to be improved, the company needs to absorb advanced management experience from model enterprises, Yuchai exactly has a fine corporate culture and advanced concept of political work and he has visited to learn experience from Yuchai.

According to Li, Yuchai has recently sent persons in charge of grass-roots Party organizations to enterprises like JAC Automobile Co., Ltd. to learn experience in Party building and corporate culture building, and has yielded abundant fruits. He was deeply impressed by the model enterprises' practice, found Yuchai is far behind in these respects, and much of their fine management experience is worth learning. Foton's integrated Party committee management is worth of Yuchai's learning. He added, it is easy for Yuchai to accomplish political work, but it is not easy to do it well, and Yuchai should carry out political work initiatively and blend it into production and business operation.  

He Xiaoyu, director of the Party Committee Office of YM, introduced the company's Party building and corporate culture building, elaborated on Party building brands such as "pioneering posts for Party member", "model innovative and benefit-making posts for Party members" and "familial service", and referred to the core orientation of political work as "enhancing satisfaction internally and popularity externally". 

The delegation showed great interest in Yuchai's "Party member commitments", thinking displaying Party members' commitments is in favor of supervising Party members' work and giving play to their progressiveness and is worth learning. 

Before the seminar, Ning and other leaders of YM showed the delegation around Yuchai's foundry center, 4F light and mini engine workshop, heavy engine processing line, and heavy engine commissioning and assembly line.
