Honeywell delegation visits Yuchai

On June 23, headed by David Paja, vice president of Honeywell global turbocharger system market and executive president of emerging markets of China and India; and Gao Dinggui, general manager of Honeywell China Region, a delegation of Honeywell visited Yuchai. Chairman Yan Ping, General Manager Wu Qiwei, Deputy General Manager Chen Ningbin and other leaders of Yuchai Machinery Co., Ltd. warmly received the guests.

At the seminar, Wu extended welcome to the delegation, saying the two enterprises have maintained a longstanding strategic partnership. This year, Yuchai aims to sell 600,000 engines, but due to the impact of the overall market slowdown and the raise in the standards for vehicle emission in China, the situation has become severe. Hopefully, the two sides will strengthen exchanges and coordination to cope with the market and cement bilateral relations.

Paja extended congratulations on Yuchai's 60th anniversary, saying Honeywell is committed to becoming a localized enterprises, attaches great importance to the cooperation with Yuchai, and will intensify research improvement, give preference to Yuchai in respect of resource allocation and supply Yuchai with better parts.

At the seminar, two sides also exchanged ideas on such aspects as parts matching, performance and development.
