Yuchai strives for first-class security to display style to celebration guests

Yuchai's 60th ceremony celebration is around the corner. The celebration is a superb opportunity for Yuchai to demonstrate its demeanor, enhance its corporate image and displays to guests its style as a domestic first-class large-sized enterprise and the responsibility of all its constructors. To ensure the success of the celebration, as the logistics support unit, Yuchai Property Management Co., Ltd. (YPM) has made elaborate preparations in such aspects as security and environmental treatment. On November 29, Li Chengjie, assistant to president of Yuchai Group, said in an interview, "Security work and order maintenance are critical to the success of the celebration," requiring "all staff should be subject to command and management, give active assistance to relevant personnel and make concerted efforts to display Yuchai's style and image as a domestic first-class large-sized enterprise, as well as the demeanor of Yuchai's staff and the spirit of Yuchai's iron forces, to make all guests feel Yuchai to be different from other enterprises and feel this is Yuchai." 　　

Li said, the celebration is a major event of the group and all organization work should be carried out soundly. YPM's security work, order maintenance work and environmental treatment work has been unfolded in an orderly manner and has achieved remarkable effects. 　

According to Li, the above-mentioned work has drawn strong support from Yulin's relevant departments. YPM has worked out a detailed security plan in association with units including Yulin Municipal Public Security Bureau, Yuzhou Public Security Sub-bureau and Huanan Police Station, with the aim of ensuring the peripheral stability of Yuchai and the security and orderliness of the gala through elaborate arrangements. The municipal fire brigade will be stationed in Yuchai during the celebration, and then two heavy-duty fire vehicles will park on the periphery of the celebration venue. Due to the heavy traffic during the celebration, the municipal traffic police department will conduct temporary traffic control of main roads such as Yuchai Boulevard, Tianqiao Road and Kangyu Road. In terms of environmental treatment, the municipal bureau of environmental protection will, together with YPM, thoroughly clean up the dumping corners and roads on the periphery of Yuchai. Besides, YPM will recondition relevant construction projects and communities in the area under Yuchai's administration. For example, the main road and sidewalk in Donghua community will be tidied up, the outer wall of old residential buildings will be painted, and trees on both sides of the community will be renovated, thereby boosting the environment of the area. 　　

Li hoped all staff would understand a series of management moves worked out by the company and relevant municipal departments for the success of the celebration, and would give active cooperation to jointly create a favorable atmosphere of the celebration. To this end, he suggested and required that all staff should stress civilization, behave politely and pay attention to hygiene to display the style of Yuchai as a domestic first-class large-sized enterprise; should follow the directions of the traffic department to ensure all vehicles are driven and parked in an orderly manner and persons arrive and leave according to designated routes. As the thematic conference and gala will be staged at Donghua community, temporary traffic control will be conducted in the community with temporary passes issued. Yuchai's staff should behave in a civilized and polite manner to make good impression on guests.
