YM, King Long conclude strategic framework agreement

On the afternoon of June 21, Yuchai Machinery Co., Ltd. (YM) and Xiamen King Long United Automotive Industry Co., Ltd. concluded a strategic framework agreement, marking the deeper cooperative relations between the two sides.

The signing ceremony was held at Yuchai Power Building. Yan Ping, chairman of YM and Guo Renxiang, general manager of King Long signed the agreements. Wu Qiwei, general manager of YM; Zhong Yuwei and Ning Xingyong, deputy general managers of YM; Zhuo Bin, senior technical consultant to chairman of YM and Tan Guirong, assistant to general manager of YM, together with Han Zhihong, manager of the Department of Strategic Customers and Guo Zhong, senior manager of the Purchase Department of King Long witnessed the moment.

King Long and Yuchai have maintained good cooperative relations. The conclusion of the agreement will lead to a closer strategic partnership between the two sides in such aspects as long-standing and stable cooperation, advantage complementing and resource sharing, and is of far-reaching significance to the long-term development and win-win of the two sides in the bus market.

Guo (2nd L) visits Yuchai's workshop

Before the conclusion of the agreement, Guo visited Yuchai's foundry center, product laboratory, light & micro engine workshop, etc., inquiring about and experiencing Yuchai's advanced production line and strong R & D capacity, having an in-depth discussion with Wu, Zhong, Ning, Zhuo, Tan and relevant staff of Yuchai Sales Co., Ltd. in such aspects as development plan, product, technology, quality and purchase.
