Lishide 2012 Quality Works Conference Held Ceremoniously

On February 28, 2012, Lishide quality works conference ceremoniously held in our headquarter. The general manager Mr. Dai Yonghai, the vice general manager Mr. Zheng Shanjun, Mr. Li Zhaoliang, Mr. Dai Zhuohao, the chief financial officer Mr. Wangning, the general manager assistant Mr. Yin Zengwei and department leadership and worker delegates attend the conference.
 

 
The conference is presided over by Mr. Xu Zhongnuo, the Minister of quality control. First of all, the vice general manager, Li Zhaoliang made a detailed report on the completion of the quality works in 2011 and the plan of quality works in 2012. Mr. Li pointed out that the 2012 is the year of improving the quality; the company will take meeting customers' needs and increasing customers' satisfaction as the center, react actively to the market competition.    During the report, Mr. Li pointed out that the company will intensify the efforts of staff training, improve the overall skills level of employee, and continue to strengthen the control of the details of the quality, to ensure the reliability and stability of the products.    At the same time, we will improve the selection and the management evaluation system of the suppliers to ensure that there are not unqualified accessories to be supplied to the company.
 

 
Later on,Ji hui, minister of technology department, and Zhang zhiguo, minister of quality inspection delivered speeches on the subject, making a detailed report on innovative development and process control of quality control to company leaders and representatives attending the meeting. They pointed out that quality is vital to the survival and development of the company. We should take many measures to improve the competitiveness of Lishide products, making Lishide the best excavator brand manufactured in China.

At the conference, Daiyonghai, general manager of the company, along with vice general manager Li zhaoliang, signed the  Responsibility for Quality Research Project Agreement in 2012 with Ji hui and Responsibility for Quality Guarantees Agreement in 2012 with Zhang zhiguo respectively. The signature of these two responsibility agreements will further guarantee the successful completion of various indexes in “quality improvement year of 2012”.
At last, the general manager Mr. Dai Yonghai made the important speech, pointing out the company had obtained delightful achievements on quality works and perfectly completed all kinds of expected targets. Mr. Dai said Lishide will still face with great challenges against the intricate marketing environment inland and abroad in 2012. The whole company needs to keep mind clear to understand the situation and keeps improving the quality awareness. The company will increase the input on employee training; positively increase its production and management skill. Meanwhile, go on completing quality control system to improve the quality assurance of Lishide products by institution and system.
