Gu Shengzu, member of NPC Standing Committee and vice chairman of CNDCA Central Committee, visits Yu

On the morning of October 23, Gu Shengzu, member of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress and vice chairman of the Central Committee of China National Democratic Construction Association (CNDCA), visited Yuchai on the sidelines of the opening ceremony of the 8th Small and Medium Enterprises Expo (Yulin China) (SME Expo). Leaders including Wang Wei, chief economist of Yuchai Machinery Co., Ltd. (YM), showed Gu around the heavy engine processing line and heavy engine assembling & commissioning line. During the visit, Gu debriefed Wang and other leaders of Yuchai about Yuchai's size, production and business operations, workers' income, etc.

Gu, a distinguished Chinese economist and doctor of economics, said, he has heard that Yuchai is Yulin's largest enterprise as well as one of China's top 500 enterprises that enjoys a great reputation in fields such as diesel engine and construction machinery, and took the opportunity of the conference in Yulin to visit Yuchai. Yuchai is really a good enterprise and he will probe into the enterprise after returning.
