Featured culture show points displays Yuchai's cultural charisma

Since late May, to work effectively on the creation of national model bases for corporate culture building and inspection preparation, under the principles of combination of centralization and decentralization and combination of real objects and exhibits, Yuchai has built "five show zones and six central show points" in its office building and production areas to perfect its cultural image building, systematically showcase its cultural features by category and shape a favorable corporate image. Currently, the construction of these show points is progressing smoothly.

In long-term production and business practice, with "green" as the leader, "innovation" as the carrier and "market and quality" as the orientation, Yuchai has grown constantly and rapidly, thus forming a culture system featuring eight prominent features including "green, innovation, self-reliance, harmony, responsibility, excellence, lean and win-win". The "five show zones and six central show points" elaborately built by Yuchai is exactly a systematic cultural project that centers on Yuchai's cultural system and displays its cultural image by means of bulletin, board, real object booth, achievement exhibition, interior sand table, human landscape and building. The zones and points include the "zone of development history" focusing on the showroom and corridors on the first floor of Power Building; the "zone of cultural concept materialization and dissemination" focusing on architectural sights including Blueprint, Power Source, Power Building and Square; the "zone of lean culture" focusing on the heavy engine processing workshop of Machining Plant and the heavy engine assembly line of Engine Plant 1; the "zone of green manufacturing and quality culture" focusing on Foundry Center and the "zone of technological innovation culture" focusing on the laboratory of R & D Center.

To date, the most of show point construction has been completed as scheduled. The plates interpreting the cultural essence of ten architectural sights including Yuxiu Mountain, Power Gate, Power Source, Tong Spring and Power Building have been erected to offer visitors a more direct and deeper understanding of the essence of Yuchai's buildings. At the lobby of Power Building, the just-installed crystal characters are remarkable, displaying Yuchai's mission, vision and core concept. Also, grand baked characters on a stainless steel plate reading "Building the world's most competitive professional power supplier" was installed in the annex of Engine Plant 2. Some works of show points including Foundry Center, the laboratory of R & D Center are under way. According to persons in charge, these unfinished works are expected to be completed before July 13.

Sources said the 6th 100-Person Academic Forum on China Corporate Culture & China Corporate Culture Conference Yuchai organized by the China Corporate Culture Institute (CCCI) and solely co-organized by Yuchai is scheduled to be held in Yulin, Guangxi from July 14 to 16. Then, leaders of relevant state ministries and commissions, entrepreneurs, invited researchers, persons in charge of project researches, persons in charge of corporate culture building, as well as relevant staff of industrial and local research institutes including societies, associations, institutions of higher learning and academies of social sciences will visit and inspect Yuchai's achievements in corporate culture building. Yuchai's featured culture show points will be the most direct channels for visitors to understand Yuchai's culture and play a significant role in showcasing Yuchai's cultural building achievements and features.
