YHI's new YCT20, YCT40 horizontal directional drilling rigs offline

On October 13, YCT20 and YCT40 horizontal directional drilling rigs, two new models of Yuchai Heavy Industry Company Limited (YHI), were released offline at the Changzhou base of YHI. Executive Deputy General Manager Tang Xiangyang, Deputy General Manager Lv Jian and Senior Technical Consultant Chen Bin of YHI attended the release ceremony.  

YCT40 horizontal directional drilling rig 

Horizontal directional drilling rig is a non-excavating high-reliability pipe-laying device widely used to lay and update water supply, gas, power, telecommunications, natural gas and oil pipelines. 　　

With the rapid development of China's urbanization, non-excavating technologies have been used more and more extensively. YCT20 and YCT40 horizontal directional drilling rigs use several advanced control technologies such as PLC control and electrohydraulic proportional control, and is well ahead of similar domestic popular models in terms of technical standards. The successful release of YCT20 and YCT40 has filled a gap in the non-excavating product chain for YHI.
