Yuchai No. 1 engine plant donates for education

On June 28, the Party and League representatives of No. 1 engine plant of Yuchai Machinery Co., Ltd. (YM) walked in Xinlian Primary School in Nanjiang, Yuzhou District, Yulin for an educational donation themed by "Hand in Hand for Harmonious Growth". Lovely students lighted up with pleasure, welcoming the guests with warm applause.

The school is inferior in teaching equipment and conditions, to improve teaching conditions for students and create a favorable study environment, the general Party branch and League branch of the plant elaborately planned the donation and sent desks and nearly 100 schoolbags.
　　
"As teenagers are the future of our motherland, teenager cultivation and education is particularly important, we hope to take the activity to contribute to the educational cause of the school!" said Zhong Weitian, secretary of the general Party branch of the plant, encouraging students to study hard and master more knowledge to change their life and fulfill their dreams.

Learning the fund was donated voluntarily by Yuchai's Party and League members and earmarked by the plant, Yang Chaoliang, a leader of Young Pioneers at Grade four of the school, said in excitement, "Thank Yuchai's uncles and aunts for your great attention and help to us," he, with outstanding academic performance, pledged to study hard together with his classmates to be new socialist builders with lofty ideas, moral integrity and good education, repay the society and serve the country.
