YM listed among Class 2A enterprises by GAC

Recently, upon examination and approval, Yuchai Machinery Co., Ltd. (YM) has been listed among Class 2A enterprises by the General Administration of Customs in 2011 after claiming the title in 2010. At the signing ceremony for the Memorandum of Cooperation between Nanning Customs and Honest Enterprises held by Nanning Customs in late June, Nanning Customs awarded 2011 Class 2A plaques to 14 enterprises in Guangxi including YM, and signed the memorandum with them.

YM is always strict with import and export management, tightens customs declaration and clearance, constantly increases the level of relevant salesmen, has no bad records in administrative departments and institutions of commerce, banking, industry and commerce, tax and quality inspection, perfects the corporate accounting system, records business honestly and completely, commits few errors in import and export declaration, actively cooperates with the customs, duly goes through customs formalities in accordance with regulations, punctually submits relevant materials, and provides the customs with authentic, complete and valid bills and certificates. The work has won the customs' recognition of the company's credit standing and law observance.

A Class 2A enterprise will be entitled to the most preferential and convenient customs clearance services. Import and export goods generally do not need to be unpacked for inspection, and convenient customs clearance modes such as "guaranteed clearance", "automatic clearance" and "document presentation after clearance" are allowed to greatly reduce clearance time and operating cost, making the company superior in new business development. Besides, under the framework of the memorandum, the customs and enterprises will carry out cooperation in such aspects as information exchange, policy consultation, business training and anti-corruption building, the customs will create a convenient clearance environment for enterprises on the basis of administration by law, and enterprises will provide the customs with authentic industrial information on the basis of honesty operations, thus forming a new partnership of mutual trust and support and achieving win-win for both sides.
