Yuchai's League committee orchestrates university graduate resumption in 2011

To do a good job of welcoming new staff graduating from universities in 2011, Yuchai's League committee made elaborate preparations and arrangements from such aspects as life, recreation and sports, integration and work to create a warm and cozy working and living environment for upcoming new staff.

According to the source, Yuchai has recruited the most ever over 680 university graduates this year. After attending a series of induction training, the "fresh blood" will be assigned to different posts of all subsidiaries and plants for practice. To help new staff switch their role from "student" to "staff" and blend themselves into the great family of Yuchai as soon as possible, the League committee, in combination with the human resources department, training center, property company and other units of Yuchai Group and Yuchai Machinery Co., Ltd., is making great efforts to welcome new staff.

The welcome work includes organizing young volunteers to tidy up over 380 dormitories and carrying baggage for new staff; sending greeting short messages to new staff to welcome them to Yuchai; making greeting cards and extend greetings to create a warm atmosphere; organizing 200 young volunteers to assist the human resource department in welcome work at reception desks; pairing young volunteers and new staff to offer new staff working and living services; carrying out recreational and sports activities such as "Yingxin Cup" tug-of-war, balloon volleyball, swimming, basketball, football and outing to enrich the daily life of new staff; visit to new staff dormitories by all grass-roots League organizations to find out their demands and solve problems; carrying out the civilized dormitory selection among new staff dormitories, developing the good living habits of new staff from such aspects as dormitory sanitation; and organizing the welcome gala.

Guo Deming, deputy Party secretary of Yuchai Group, commended the welcome work this year to be thorough, comprehensive and innovative, requiring all grass-roots League organizations to go all out for the welcome work, and endeavor to create a better atmosphere from such aspects as attention, care, support and integration, to make the university graduates that have just taken up jobs feel the warmth of the great family of Yuchai, arouse their passion for devotion and make them get down to work as soon as possible to contribute to corporate development.
