100 customers participated with success to the open day organised in the second half of 2011 by Case and CSE, the Company’s distributor in South Africa. Core reason for inviting South Africa Case most important customers was the official corporate presentation of Case new Skid Steer Loader and Backhoe Loader models with their new features, ameliorations and radical engineering evolvements most of all for the new T series Backhoe.
CSE management together with Case team greeted the customers in the premises where a brief welcome presentation was given to them all. The principal focuses were provided concerning the heritage of this top quality brand and its belonging to the Fiat Industrial family. Case history as we all know carries much more than one century of knowhow and investments in construction machinery research and development that together with a much determined strategy brought the brand and footprint to a worldwide level from both production and network perspective.
Thanks to our Compact Line responsible, Daniele Franco Romano, supported by our professional trainer Jean Sulecki and operator/ product expert Steven Beardmore, the customers had the chance to receive an in depth briefing on the principal features of both products. The new machines were exposed in the stand prepared for the event giving the chance to have a walk around and ask to our professional staff any question or curiosity.
After the "formal" event section time Rodeo started! Customers were divided into teams and competition begun. Each team had five tests to carry out in each of which time limit had to be respected and most points achieved. Great talents were found on the goal scoring where a mini excavator had to "kick" as many balls as possible within the time limit in the big goal , that was our impressive 821 Wheel Loader bucket.
The Skid Steer Loader track gave the chance also to ladies to test their driving skills! Patience and precision were the fundamental skills that enabled customers to achieve the highest number of points on the pin test, where the pin had to enter the cone holes the highest number of times, and the basket ball test both carried out with mini excavators. Young, very young, operators score stunning results with our Backhoe Loader by knocking down the highest number of boxes possible... and very few boxes were left at the end of the game!
The red team took home a great 1st place and the price that came with it; the Rodeo was a relaxing fun moment that staff and customers had the chance to spend together to test the machines and their operating abilities as well!
CSE launch event was a great success, the team worked hard to welcome their customers reflecting, as always, the high quality of Case brand.
