Yuchai Foundry listed among first group of 300 of "China's 1,000 key foundry enterprises"

To intensify comprehensive services and policy support for key foundry enterprises, create a favorable environment for corporate development and build an array of domestically and internationally competitive key foundry enterprises, China Foundry Association (CFA) has selected "China's 1,000 key foundry enterprises" based on enterprises' annual production, equipment, relevant economic indicators and other information. On September 13, CFA announced the list of the first group of 300 of "China's 1,000 key foundry enterprises". As a result, Yuchai Foundry made the list. 　　

Yuchai Foundry is a super large foundry in the country, which manufactures core castings for a full series of light, medium and heavy engines, such as cylinder body, cylinder cover and crankcase. With an annual production capacity of 180,000 tons and a rejection rate of some 2.3%, Yuchai Foundry has kept ahead in the industry in production capacity and casting quality. With a planned area of some 1,800 mu, the foundry center project is proposed to involve six foundry lines and will form an annual production capacity of 300,000 tons after completion.
