Yuchai Held Deploy Conference of Starting EAP Project and Establishing "National Corporate Cultural

In the morning on March 23, the Group held the deploy conference of starting EAP project and establishing "National Corporate Cultural Construction Pilot Base"  in the conference room in F3 of the Power Mansion. Meng Fanchi, standing vice chairman of China Research Institute of Enterprise Culture and professor, Wang Jian, deputy secretary general of China Research Institute of Enterprise Culture and director of the Academic Department, Zhou Zhenji, member of Chinese Association for Mental Hygiene, expert of EAP project and professor and Wang Liping, project expert of the Academic Department of China Research Institute of Enterprise Culture were invited to attend the conference and such leaders of the Company as Yan Ping, chairman of the board of directors of the Group, Gu Tangsheng, the CEO, Li Tiansheng, deputy secretary of the Party committee of the Group and secretary of the Party committee of the Share Company, Guo Deming and Guan Min, deputy secretaries of the Party committee of the Group, Ye Bin, deputy secretary of the Party committee of the Share Company and Liang Ping, chairman of the Trade Union, etc., leaders of party and government administrations, principals of the Party, specialists of corporate culture and administrators of the human resources, etc. attended the conference.

On the conference, Yan Ping indicated that starting EAP project and establishing "national corporate cultural construction pilot base"is an important part of the strategic implementation contents of the Group during the "12th Five-Year Plan". The development of the corporate culture is a promotion process by the history. Every country, nation and enterprise should have their culture as the basis, so as to be prosperous and strong and continually inherit its own essence. We should earnestly research the fundamental reason why Yuchai remains invincible and what constitute of these factors and hand down the culture of Yuchai generation by generation.    

Yan Ping stressed that the corporate culture construction is critical and the core competition of enterprises in the future is just the competition of corporate culture. The essence of corporate culture of Yuchai is ceaseless self-improvement, innovation, love enterprises and to work hard. The development of Yuchai includes rich corporate culture. Establishing the "national corporate culture construction pilot base" is the demand for the competition in the future as well as a critical means and tool.

Yan Ping claims that various units of the Group should develop the cultural construction guided by the group culture and put the corporate culture on an important position to build, which is in flavor of promoting the development of production and operation as well as of the promotion and implementation of long-term strategies of the enterprise. The culture construction of the Group must comply with the general outline and goal of the Group and establish sound promotion routes and measures. At present, the Company's starting EAP project and establishing "national corporate cultural construction pilot base" is just a matter of time. Leaders of various units should pay attention to it with a specific direction, integrate the corporate culture construction and strategies of the sub-companies and promote the development of the corporate culture construction through a good carrier. Yan Ping indicated that the corporate culture construction is not simple and it is a systematic and long-term project which requires all people promoting it unswervingly.     

On the conference, Li Tiansheng deployed the implementation plan that Yuchai establishes the national corporate cultural construction pilot base.   

Zhou Zhenji introduced such contents as the definition and goal of EAP project, how does the enterprise provide EAP services to staffs and basic form of EAP services, etc. Zhou Zhenji indicated that after visiting the plant of Yuchai, he felt that staffs were devoted to the work and leaders of Yuchai is the support to lead all staffs to move forward. Yuchai made numerous efforts in the cultural construction and paying attention to the staff development.      

Meng Fanchi indicated that setting up the national corporate cultural construction base pilot base in Yuchai is meaningful. Firstly, the cultural management is the management in the highest realm and culture can guide and promote the development of the enterprise; secondly, it can pave a road for the cultivation of the corporate cultural construction and make contributions to enrich the social cultural fortunate; thirdly, it can show the cultural charm of the enterprise and improve the image of the enterprise.    

Before the conference, Meng Fanchi and the like visited the laboratory of engineering research institute, heavy processing and production line and installation and commissioning production and knew the development and cultural construction of Yuchai.
